There’s drama heading for Coronation Street next week when Craig Tinker finds himself mown down by a car. But will he live to tell the tale?
It seems that being friends with Bethany Platt has caused Craig Tinker more than his fair share of tragedy and heartache over the last few years, and soon the police officer finds himself caught up in her drama once again.
Bethany is horrified when she is reminded of her horrific ordeal at the hands of evil Nathan Curtis and his friends when she comes face-to-face with one of her attackers next week.
Her world is shattered when a family arrive at the bistro while she is working and she recognises the dad of the group as one of Nathan’s friends from his parties.

Coronation Street fans will remember Bethany was groomed by Nathan, who then forced her to sleep with his mates who were all part of his sickening sex gang.
Poor Bethany went through a harrowing time before finally managing to break free, just as Nathan was about to send her abroad as part of his horrendous plan for her.
But thankfully for Bethany, best friend Craig was there to help her gradually piece her life back together.
But innocent Craig was then caught up in her grooming ordeal once again when girlfriend Kayla Clifton turned out to be the daughter of Neil Clifton, one of Nathan’s gang mates who was looking for revenge.
Poor Craig fell head over heels for Kayla before it was revealed she was only using him to get back and him and Bethany for putting her dad behind bars.
And it seems Craig’s involvement in Bethany’s harrowing past isn’t over.

After Bethany admits to Daniel how she knows their customer in the bistro, he says something to the family and an argument breaks out.
But as Bethany’s attacker and his wife argue as they get into their car, the wife slams the vehicle into reverse and rams it straight into an unsuspecting Craig.
Bethany is horrified to see her best friend mown down in front her, and she feels awful that once again Craig has been caught up in her dark past.
Will Craig be okay?
