Former TOWIE fave Kate Ferdinand and her former footballer husband Rio shut down an entire Nando’s restaurant for a festive dinner with friends and family.
The reality star, 28, documented the evening on her Instagram Stories, where she shared snaps of Christmas crackers, party hats and personalised Christmas menus that read ‘Kate & Rio’s Festive Feast’.
Fare at the enviable meal included the restaurant’s famous peri peri chicken, sides like hummus with peri peri drizzle and pitta bread, and salted caramel brownies for dessert.
On her Instagram, Kate also shared a snap of herself at the event with Rio, 41.

She captioned the pic, which showed her smiling as the former Manchester United defender placed a party hat on her head: “Nando’s shutdown… when you get to take over Nando’s for a #festivefeast with your friends and family!”
“This is what dreams are made of,” she added, with a laughing-crying emoji.
This Christmas will be Kate and Rio’s first as a married couple.

The pair tied the knot in September in a romantic ceremony in Turkey.
Having announced their engagement in November last year, after Rio popped the question on top of the iconic Nation Towers complex in Abu Dhabi, they said ‘I do’ at the D Marie Bay Hotel in the coastal town of Marmaris.

In a chat about their big day with OK! Magazine, Rio revealed he broke down in tears when he saw Kate and his three children walk down the aisle.
He told the publication: “I cried as soon as the day started. Seeing Tia walk up the aisle before Kate set me off. It was just so emotional.
“There was just no going back on the emotion, that’s why I had to keep my shades on! Seeing Tate and Lorenz walk Kate down the aisle was particularly poignant and we wouldn’t have wanted to do it any other way.”

Kate herself was reduced to tears by the touching wedding gift Rio gave her.
She told OK!: “Rio also got me a book that I was given in the morning and on each page it said something that he loved about me.”
Speaking further, Kate said they all read it together and were crying, and when Rio’s daughter Tia said “she never thought she’d be this happy”, Kate was “gone with emotion”.
